Second Collection this weekend: Prolife Collection Solemnity of the Assumption of Our Lady into Heaven( Tues 15th August) : This a Holy Day of Obligation, when we are obliged like Sundays to attend Holy Mass. Pro-life Mass: The Glasgow monthly Pro-Life Mass is on Wednesday, 16th August at 7.30pm at Holy Cross, 113 Dixon Ave, G42 8ER. Adoration begins at 6.15pm. Tea in the hall afterwards – all welcome. Renfrewshire Deanery Justice and Peace Introductory Meeting: Come along to St Charles’ Paisley on Thursday 24th August after 7pmmass to hear from Justice and Peace Scotland and consider how we can respond together to the Church’s call to social action on the cost of living crisis, war, climate change, refugees and migrants. Queenship of Mary Mass: This year, Mass will be celebrated in St Gregory's church, Glasgow (G20 8DP) on Tuesday 22nd August. The Rosary will be recited at 7pm; Mass will begin at 7.30pm. This will be followed by a cup of tea in the hall afterwards. March For Life 2023: Join Bishop John Keenan on his coach to London for March for Life UK 2023. Departing midnight Friday 1 September from Paisley St Mirin's Cathedral with a pickup 12.30am at Glasgow St. Andrew's Cathedral and 2.00am at Gretna. Arrive in London 7.30am Saturday 2 September for the Exhibition, Mass, talks and stall. Bishop Kenneth Nowakowski of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of the Holy Family in the UK will preach.
