Presentation on Blessed Titus Brandsma This will take place on Sunday the 7th of March @ 4pm. To register contact [email protected] or telephone 07849 596572 When Blessed Titus Brandsma was accused by some of his students of speaking about God in all his teachings in philosophy, he responded: “I can’t help it, that in all things, God gives witness to himself”. In all things God gives witness to himself: in all creation, in all that is; light, shadow and darkness. In reflecting on the life and teachings of this martyr, we can learn that the way he did not succumb in the cruelty of Camp Amersfoort and Dachau, is fundamentally embedded in his spirituality, which is thoroughly Carmelite.
