Standing Orders
Thank you to everyone who has recently signed a new standing order
We are encouraging parishioners to take out a standing order for the first collections, rather than using cash. If you feel you can do this, it will make our money counters very happy, as they will have less work to do. Forms available in church porch.
If you already pay by standing order you may wish to consider increasing the amount you donate.
Remember that you can take out a standing order whether you Gift Aid or not. Some banks have their own SO Forms, eg Virgin Bank. Please check.
If you do pay tax and have not already signed a Gift Aid form, please think of signing a Gift Aid Form today. This helps your contributions to the parish at no extra expense to you, but it gives 25p extra to the church. It is like money for old rope, as the saying goes!
